Any shortfalls or excess must be honoured by the patient. We will require your membership number and any authorisation number prior to first appointment. If you do not have health insurance, or your insurer is not listed , you are welcome to attend on a self-paying basis. Self-paying patients will be asked to settle payment at each attendance (card only).
