Information you send through the enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), where you would like to be seen, and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and arrange appointments. Your enquiry is sent to us by email. It is not stored on the website and is not shared with anyone else.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
If you become a patient
Your treatment records, including health information, are kept securely and confidentially, as required of HCPC registered physiotherapists, and for as long as professional guidance requires. With your permission, we may share relevant information with your GP, insurer or case manager.
