If getting to a clinic is difficult, I'll come to you. You get the same full assessment and treatment, in the place where you actually need to move well.

What's included
Every home visit includes a full assessment and treatment, plus checks that are only possible at home:
- Discussion of your current condition, medical history, medication and home situation
- Explanation of your diagnosis
- Functional analysis: how you manage everyday tasks at home
- Gait analysis: how you walk, and what might be making it harder
- Walking aid and equipment assessment
- Agreeing clear, achievable goals with you
- A personalised treatment plan and exercise programme

Regaining the strength and movement needed for daily activities, from getting out of a chair to managing stairs.

Which areas do you cover for home visits?
The whole of Northamptonshire, including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Daventry, Rushden, Towcester and Brackley.
Can a family member book on someone's behalf?
Yes. Many home visits are booked by a son, daughter or carer. It helps if they can be there for the first appointment.
Do you visit care homes?
Yes. I can treat residents in their care home and share exercise advice with the care team.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a little space to move, a list of your current medication, and any walking aids you use. Wear comfortable clothing.
Can I use health insurance for home visits?
