Rehabilitation at home after hospital or surgery
Get stronger and more independent after a hospital stay, an operation or a period of illness, with physiotherapy in your own home.
Coming home is when recovery really starts
After a hospital stay many people feel weaker and less steady than before, and travelling to a clinic can be hard. Home rehabilitation lets you practise the movements you need, such as stairs, the bathroom and getting in and out of bed, in the place where you need them.

Questions
How soon after leaving hospital can you start?
Usually as soon as you are home and medically settled. If you have been given exercises or restrictions by the hospital, I will follow those.
Can you help after a hip or knee replacement?
Yes. Rehabilitation after joint replacement is a common reason for a home visit.
Can my family be there?
Yes, and it often helps. I can show family members how to support your exercises.
Just home from hospital?
Book a home visit to get your strength and independence back.
